Description
Workbooks for kids have been the same for such a long time. Books titled “for kids ages 3-5 or 5-8” can be found anywhere and even become best sellers. Nevertheless, it is scientifically proven that every child grows significantly every year and kids of different ages are not alike. A high-quality book cannot fit kindergarten kids and third graders at the same time. Forced to learn with an unsuitable book, kids may start to get bored, waste their time and lose their interest in studying.
As educators and parents, we care about your kids and understand their characteristics, needs and thinking skills. Unlike other books for a wide age range, this book is tailored for 5-year-olds.
Our book “Brain games for 5 year old: Word search, Crossword & Sudoku” is published to foster a positive approach to education for this particular stage of growth.
But why not 1, but 3 contents? This book aims at providing your kids with interesting learning experiences and promoting balanced brain development:
- Word Search and Crossword: to boost your children’s memory power, expand their vocabulary, stimulate their creativity and practise their persistence.
- Sudoku: to sharpen kids’ logical and critical thinking, and enhance problem-solving skills. You can hardly find 3×3 and 4×4 grids that perfectly fit your 5-year-old children anywhere else, except in our book.
If you believe your beloved children deserve the opportunity to learn with an age-appropriate book, you have come to the right place!
This book is a part of our series, “Brain Games for Clever Kids”, each of which suits a particular age, highly recommended by teachers and researchers for comprehensive intellectual development.

My boy seems very interested this book, it brings fun for them. Only little thing is nearly half pages are answers. If can get more pages it will be more fun.

I bought this fit my niece who is approaching 5 and in Reception Year. I was concerned that although this said for 5 year olds it would be exactly the same as the one for 8 year olds which I had also bought as many books are for 5-8 year olds. However, it is different and the first few puzzles in each section provide simpler explanations and clues as to how to solve them. For example, the word search puzzles start off on a smaller grid and the list of words has direction arrows next to them to good a starter how to find the word, building confidence to progress.

I bought this for my daughter for travel. She was so excited when it arrived she started working on some of the activities that night. This is the perfect book for kids beginning brain games. It’s a perfect alternative to reading and coloring for my kid. She really like the book.
